Department : S.M.T
Position : Assitant Engineer PE

Role and Responsibilities
1. PE engineer in analyzing and processing defective machine to increase production line pass rate and line Stabilization.
Check the two hour reports with shift leader and improve machine issues. Attend everyday morning meeting with all department leaders and discuss all issues.
2.PE engineer to optimize equipment stability and pass-through rate/FPY
Collect the major issues causing FPY to go down and make plan to improve them. Then implement and track every day.
3. Machine debugging under SMT line conversion
At shift end analyze the whole shift all conversions with leaders and PE and train them to improve next time.
4. Daily production guidance, Machine Deviation, exception handling and quality efficiency
Handle all floor exception handling and customer complains. After solving the quality issues, share with all team.
Collect all data for final mounting VI defects, material loss and wash board, analyze the data and improve them.
5.Process stabilization
Every day collect all the data (machine breakdown, material loss, wash board, PCB scrap quality issues) and analyze with whole team and make plans to improve them next week. At shift end held case summary meeting for all major issue.
Qualifications, Skills, Work Experiences and Education Requirements
1.B.Tech/Diploma
2. Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical related professional
3.Wireless communication electronics related work experiences
4.With basic knowledge of analog / digital electronics technology; familiar with the relevant electronic products production process and principles.

B.Tech :
