Position: Solar Technician Trainee

Location: Jaipur (Onboarding) | Project Sites across Rajasthan

Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month (During Probation)

Post-Probation Salary: ₹16,500/month

Age: 18 above.

Accommodation: Company-provided

Travel Allowance: Paid Actuals 

Probation Period: 3–6 Months (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems

• Conduct preventive maintenance and servicing of solar infrastructure

• Support senior engineers and technicians in routine site activities

• Help in documentation, reporting, and material handling

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality practices

Eligibility Criteria:

• ITI diploma in Electrical or Solar trade

• Familiarity with basic electrical tools and wiring

• Willingness to travel and work in the field

• Commitment to learning and professional growth

Performance Evaluation:

• Regular reviews will be conducted during probation

• Confirmation and full-time employment based on performance
